Terms of service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Written for Siwa as it is built today. Counsel review pending.
1. Who we are, and what you are agreeing to
Siwa is a service of ExAutomatica, operated by Applied AI Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its team in El Gouna, Egypt ("we", "us").
By creating an account or using Siwa you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Siwa. Sections 1 to 12 are written for members: people who sign up for a 360 of their own. Section 13 is for people who were invited to give their view of a member. Section 14 is for people mentioned by others.
2. What Siwa is
Siwa is your AI coach. It interviews you first, by voice note or text, on WhatsApp or on the web. You then name 3 to 8 people who know you well, and Siwa writes each of them a personal invitation that you send from your own WhatsApp.
Each person you invite talks privately with the AI interviewer about you, for about 15–20 minutes. When at least 3 of them have finished, and either everyone has finished or the closing date has passed, the AI writes you one blended picture. Nothing in it is attributed or quoted. Then the AI coach works with you from that picture.
Siwa is coaching. It is not therapy and it is never medical care. It is something you choose to do for yourself, not an HR, performance or board process. If you are in crisis or need medical help, contact your local emergency services.
3. Who can use Siwa
To use Siwa you must:
- be 18 or older;
- be able to enter into a binding agreement;
- sign up with your own WhatsApp number, one account per number;
- not have been barred from Siwa before.
Siwa is for you as a person. It is not to be used as, or inside, an HR, performance, hiring or board process, and not to assess someone else.
4. Your account
You sign up with your WhatsApp number, confirmed by a code we send you on WhatsApp, and your name. An email address is optional; if you give one, we use it only after you confirm it from the email we send. You sign in with your number.
Keep your phone and your account to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; if you think someone else has used it, tell us at hello@exautomatica.com.
5. Free while in beta
Siwa is free while it is in beta. There is no payment step and we hold no card details. We may change Siwa, pause it or stop it while it is in beta, and we may introduce a paid plan later; if we do, we will tell you before anything is charged, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
A beta is not finished software: parts may change, break or be withdrawn without notice, and we make no promise about availability.
6. Your interview, your people and your picture
Your interview and your coaching are conversations with an AI, by voice note or text, on WhatsApp or on the web. You can stop and continue later.
You choose whom to invite. You give us their first name, their WhatsApp number and how they know you, and you send each invitation yourself, from your own WhatsApp. Our number messages a person only after that person has messaged us. Invitations can go out as soon as you have added someone.
You see who has finished, never what anyone said. Your picture is written from patterns across the people who took part; anything only one person could have said is folded into a broader theme or left out. Your picture is yours to use for your own development.
You can remove a person from your circle until they have finished. A person who has started can stop or withdraw on their side at any time (section 13).
7. "Help me prepare": background about the people you invite
For each person you invite you may give the interviewer some background: a line in your own words about how you know each other, up to three public links, and material you choose, such as an export of your WhatsApp chat with that person, an email or pasted text.
The material is read and cut down on your own device. Only an extract is sent to us, so that the AI can write a short brief about how the two of you know each other. The extract is not stored by our app; the copy the AI studio holds of each run is removed within minutes. The brief is kept, and you can read, correct or delete it on that person’s card until their conversation starts.
Only give us material you are entitled to share, and only about a person you are inviting. Use it to help the interviewer understand the relationship, not to settle scores. The brief is written to contain no quotes and to name no one else.
Today the interviewer does not yet read this background; a coming update will let it use the brief to choose better questions, and will tell the person, in one line, that you gave some background. It will not tell them what you gave.
8. Health information and a linked Universal HealthCare account
You may tell the AI anything about your health, or nothing. If you do, you consent to the coach taking it into account as context for coaching. It is never medical care, and it is never shared with the people you invite.
If you already have a Universal HealthCare account on the same WhatsApp number, you can choose to link it during sign-up. We link it only after you confirm a code sent to that account’s verified email address. Once linked, the interviewer and the coach can read the health information held in that account as context. 360 never writes to that account, and deleting your 360 account removes the link without touching it.
9. The AI
The interviewer and the coach are AI; the interviewer says so in its first message to each person it interviews. Behind them are language models run by outside companies (named in the privacy policy). They can make mistakes, and your picture can be incomplete or wrong. Use your own judgment, and do not rely on Siwa alone for decisions that matter.
If a conversation suggests someone is in distress, the AI stops the interview and points to help. Siwa is not a substitute for a doctor or any other health professional.
10. What you agree not to do
You agree not to:
- use Siwa for anything illegal, or to assess, rank or pressure anyone;
- use Siwa as, or inside, an HR, performance, hiring or board process;
- harass or pressure the people you invite, or try to find out what any one of them said;
- invite someone under 18, or give us material about someone that you have no right to share;
- share your account, or try to reach our systems or other people’s data;
- upload anything malicious or interfere with how Siwa runs.
11. Messages we send you
While your review is open we send you short service messages on WhatsApp: a reminder if your interview has been idle for two days (twice at most, three days apart), a note before your review closes, and one when your picture is ready.
We do not use your number or your email for unrelated marketing. We do not sell your information.
12. How long we keep things, and deleting your account
The stored summary of your interview is cleared 30 days after your interview is done. A review with a finished picture closes on its own after 45 days without coaching, and a closed review is deleted 90 days after it closed. Your account and your conversations stay until you delete your account. The privacy policy has the full list.
You can delete your account from the profile page. It is permanent and immediate: we delete your account and everything in it, you are signed out, and the same WhatsApp number can sign up again as a new person. What stays afterwards, and why, is in the privacy policy.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse Siwa.
13. If you were invited
Someone you know is doing a 360 and asked for your perspective. This section is your agreement with us; the privacy policy says what we hold about you and why.
- You take part voluntarily. Setting up takes about a minute: your WhatsApp number, a code, your name, and your agreement to these terms. You can stop and continue later, and you can withdraw at any time by telling the interviewer; then you no longer count toward the review and nothing you said is used in the picture.
- Your conversation is private. The person who invited you does not see it. What you say is blended with what others said, and we do not attribute or quote it. Where the picture would reveal who said something, it is folded into a broader theme or left out.
- We would disclose your conversation only where the law requires us to.
- We do not tell you what the person who invited you said about themselves. Before your conversation, they may have given the interviewer some background on how you know each other; the interviewer does not pass it on to you, and does not pass what you say back to them.
- We may remind you on WhatsApp or by email to start or continue, and you can stop those reminders at any time from your profile, from the link in any email, or by replying "no reminders".
- After your conversation, if you agreed to it when you set up, we may send you one message, written from what you told the interviewer about yourself, inviting you to start a 360 of your own. It is about you. It never repeats, quotes or hints at what you said about the person who invited you. You can say no to it when you set up, and stop it afterwards.
- You can delete your account at any time from the profile page. What that removes, and what it leaves, is in the privacy policy.
- Sections 1, 2, 3, 5, 9, 10 and 15 to 21 apply to you as they apply to members.
14. If you were mentioned
People talk about the people around them, and a member may choose a chat you are part of as background about someone else. We do not look you up, build a record about you or contact you. What was said sits inside that conversation and follows its rules in the privacy policy. If you believe something about you should not be there, write to hello@exautomatica.com.
15. Your content, our software
What you tell the AI stays yours. You give us the right to process it to run Siwa for you. Siwa’s software, design and text belong to Applied AI Inc. and are protected by copyright and other laws; you may not copy them or build on them without our written permission.
16. No warranty
Siwa is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Siwa will be uninterrupted, secure or free of mistakes, or that the picture or the coaching will be accurate or complete.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Applied AI Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use or goodwill, arising from Siwa or from anything the AI says or writes. While Siwa is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that the law where you live does not allow us to exclude.
18. If your use of Siwa causes a claim
If you break these terms, for example by inviting people without their knowledge of what Siwa is or by giving us material you had no right to share, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
19. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in Delaware, and you agree not to bring claims as part of a class, consolidated or representative action.
If you live in a country whose law gives you rights that cannot be taken away by agreement, including the right to bring a claim in your own courts, nothing here limits those rights.
20. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date above; for material changes we will also tell you in the app or by message before they apply to you. Continuing to use Siwa after a change means you accept it.
21. Contact
Questions about these terms: hello@exautomatica.com. Applied AI Inc. · ExAutomatica · El Gouna, Egypt.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms and our privacy policy are the entire agreement between you and us about Siwa.
