You were invited
Someone trusts your view of them.
They are setting up an AI coach, and it starts by hearing from the people who know them best. You are one of them.
It is something they chose to do for themselves. It is not an HR, performance or board process.
What happens
Open your invitation link and set up in about a minute: your WhatsApp number, a code, your name.
On WhatsApp, the interviewer tells you who asked and how it works.
About 15–20 minutes, by voice or text, in the language you prefer.
You can stop and continue later.
Your privacy
- Your feedback is never attributed and never quoted.
- The person who asked never sees your conversation.
- Themes that several people raise may be discussed with them. Never your words, never your name.
- No report exists unless at least 3 rater interviews are complete.
- You can withdraw at any time. You then no longer count toward the review, and nothing you said will be used in the report.
- Setting up takes about a minute. Your number is your sign-in; an email is optional.
What we won't do
- We won't tell you what the person who invited you said about themselves.
- We won't use your number for unrelated marketing. We may remind you about this review on WhatsApp or by email, and you can stop that at any time.
- We won't use anything you said about the person who invited you for anything else. If we suggest a 360 of your own, it draws only on what you told the interviewer about yourself.
