How privacy works

The rules

• What the people you invite say is never attributed to anyone.
• It is never quoted.
• Anything only one person could have said is folded into a broader theme or left out.
• No picture until at least 3 people have finished.
• While people are talking, you see who has finished — never what anyone said.
• The people you invite are never told what you said about yourself.
• A person who withdraws no longer counts toward the review, and nothing they said is used in the picture.

If you were invited

• You send nothing to us until you choose to; the invitation comes from the person who asked you, from their own WhatsApp.
• Setting up takes about a minute: your number, a code, your name, and the terms.
• Your conversation is private. The person who invited you does not see it, and what you say reaches them only blended with what others said.
• You can stop and continue later, and you can withdraw at any time.
• Reminders can be switched off at any time: from your profile, from the link in any email, or by replying "no reminders".
• If you agreed to it when you set up, we may send you one invitation to start a 360 of your own, written from what you said about yourself — never from what you said about the person who invited you.

"Help me prepare"

• The chat, email or text you choose about a person is read and cut down on your own device.
• Only an extract reaches us, to write a short brief. The extract is not stored by our app, and the copy the AI studio holds of each run is removed within minutes.
• The brief is kept; you can read, correct or delete it. It is written with no quotes and names no one else.

Your health information

• Optional.
• Used for coaching only, never as medical care.
• Never shared with the people you invite.

How long things stay

• The summary of an interview, and the number of a person who was invited: cleared 30 days after that interview is done.
• A review closes on its own after 45 days without coaching, and is deleted 90 days after it closed.
• Your account and your conversations stay until you delete your account, which you can do from the profile page. It is permanent.

Who can access service data

AI systems process your conversations to run Siwa; running it does not involve people reading them. The engineers who run our systems can reach them when needed to operate, support or fix Siwa. For the detail, see our privacy policy.

What we don't claim

• We don't hold SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification.
• The anonymity is a product rule, not cryptography.
• We have no written staff-access policy yet, and no time limit yet for conversations in the AI studio; both are coming.
